New Jersey's Real Estate craft hazy indie-pop that's timeless and nostalgic. Consisting of Martin Courtney, Matt Mondanile, and Alex Bleeker, the band first gained recognition with their self-titled debut in 2009. Their upcoming album, Days, will be released on October 17 by Domino and promises to revisit the sonic territory of last year's standout track "Out of Tune". Their current single, "It's Real", features a crisp and clear sound that highlights Courtney's warm vocals.
