Grande Halle de la Villette,
Punk is not quite dead yet, and it’s saviours are to be found, as usual, on the historical indie rock record label Sub Pop. Born almost 10 years ago from the minds of Randy Randall and Dean Allan Spunt, the Los Angeles duo No Age loves noise. Their first three albums were a series of noisy hits, a cocktail of raw energy and meandering experimentation. This summer’s fourth album, An Object, should confirm their talent, adding a new layer of refinement to their raw power. Knowing how energetic and uncompromising they are, one can expect to hear the new tracks in a mind blowing whirlwind of electric noise.
